Brenda’s Buzz ships items within the continental U.S. No international shipping.

Ground — $7 flat rate per item

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

Before returning items, please contact within 7 days of receiving your order. 

-Returns will not be accepted for damaged or "used" products. Holiday themed products will not be accepted after 3 days before that holiday. Example: Christmas product returns will not be accepted after December 22nd.
-Returns will not be accepted for items damaged while in storage by the customer. 
-Please take care to protect your products from heat, humidity, water, insects and other pests.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund amount. The restocking fee does also apply to returns due to error in customer supplied address and refusal by customs. 

No returns accepted after 15 days from delivery date.

I am unable to provide refunds or accept returns on fresh greenery, fresh wreaths, custom arrangements or wreaths, or wedding packages (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and/or custom arrangements).  

Shipping charges are not refunded for returned packages, including those un-deliverable due to error in customer supplied address. Restocking fee applies for these packages as well.
